At Copper Penny, we want you to love your curated fashion finds, but we understand that sometimes a style just isn't the perfect fit. We offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a digital gift card for the full purchase price to your email within 5-7 business days.
